Ilana Mann, Principal of ISM Consulting, has nearly a decade of experience managing and developing tailored statement of qualifications and technical proposal packages for 75+ alternative delivery projects, involving multiple partners, and within various market sectors and regions throughout North America. Prior to the conception of ISM Consulting, Ilana worked as an in-house Proposal Manager for two large civil infrastructure construction firms, each with yearly revenues exceeding $1 billion. From strategic capture planning to technical writing/editing to graphic design, she has a passion for generating multifaceted, compliant, compelling, competitive, and most importantly—winning proposals. Having managed and won several projects ranging in value from $5 million to over $1 billion, Ilana has been directly involved in every component of successfully delivering customer-focused proposal responses for private, municipal, state, and Federal clients.
Ilana listens and collaborates with teams to identify, and then incorporate unique solutions throughout the submittal, that are important to, and will resonate with the end client.
